Teachers New Rules: Preparations are already underway to deploy this system in seven districts, with the full state to follow in December.
Teachers New Rules
Teachers New Rules: There is some good news for Uttar Pradesh teachers. Beginning today, Monday, November 20th, a new system will be adopted in elementary schools, requiring instructors to record attendance both when students arrive and leave. During this time, if instructors arrive 15 minutes late to school in the morning, their whole day’s pay would be removed. They will also have to stay 15 minutes later in the evening.
The complete attendance system will mimic the format of a PDF document
Teachers New Rules: According to sources, this approach is now being implemented in seven districts: Lucknow, Hardoi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Rae Bareli, Sitapur, Unnao, and Shravasti starting November 20, and will thereafter be spread throughout the state beginning in December. From April 1 to September 30, the Prerna gateway will be open from 8:45 to 9 p.m. in the winter and 7:45 to 8 p.m. in the summer.
Teachers New Rules: Similarly, following holidays, the gateway will be open from 2:15 to 2:30 p.m., and throughout the winter, from 3:15 to 3:30 p.m. The gateway will stop operating after the specified time. SDM information can also be captured between 12 and 12.30 p.m. The Primary Teachers Association has spoken out against this decree.
The biometric attendance system will result in reductions to the salaries of teachers and employees
Teachers New Rules: Aside from that, the Higher Education Department has issued strong directions to principals of government and non-government-aided degree colleges to establish provisions for recording the biometric attendance of students, teachers, and personnel within a week, or else. Teachers’ and degree college staff’ pay may also be terminated due to negligence. The principals of the affected colleges have been held accountable for this.
